Come in, Have a seat

So you need a solution to expand your performance and turn a small or medium sized business into a major operation? Seat lease outsourcing is here for you. Seat leasing is the number one way to launch a leading business and lower overhead costs. Frequently other chair leasing options will only accommodate basic support and the work station. We provide the employee as well, this option is labeled as a “Warm seat.”

Step into my office

Seat leasing is a simple way to contract or lease work stations in an established outsourcing facility. Its the leassee responsibility to occupy the seats and manage the staff. Special services such as dialer, telco, IT support and human resources can also be provided. Most seat lease packages are charged at a monthly standard rate.

Warm Seat

A warm seat lease when the management is decided by the lessee. The lessor administers everything from the recruiting and training of the work staff and may include HR duties and payroll. If there are stipulations in the contract the could very well be other arrangements within. This has great benefits thus allowing the lessee to utilize facilities without having any investments in expensive technology.

Fantastic Four

There are four different kinds of outsourcing levels for you to choose from. Depending on how you want to run your company theese levels will make it easier for you to decide what your going for. Weather you like to be more hands on in your business or for bigger savings. While making this decision you should consider the quality, risk ,and involvement in the business.

Level 1: Open Your Own Offshore Facility

Level 2: Seat Lease

Level 3: Lease a “warm seat”

Level 4: Fully Managed

From strategic planning, HR activities, management structure, call center training to IT configurations and business development. These are just a few of the many variables to consider when operating or opening a call center. Now lets factor in outsourcing, offshore facilities and doing business in another country. Our team of call center consultants have direct experience in setting up and operating call centers in the US, India and the Philippines.

There are 3 ways you can outsource your call center operations to the Philippines. They are the following…

1. Register a new Filipino corporation or a branch office of an already existing US corporation and open your own facility. Commercial property acquisition via lease or purchase, Recruiting and HR services, IT call center infrastructure and corporate filings are just a few of the ways you can benefit with Philippines Call Center Consulting.

2. Lease space aka, “Seat Leasing”. This is where you just rent space in an already existing call center. This method still requires international contracts, possible corporate filings, HR services as well as your own management and/or consultant that will work on site at the facility.

3. Outsource the whole process aka, BPO. You can farm the whole business process out to another company. This requires call center sourcing along with an in depth analysis of the process, proper training and international business contracts.

Philippines Call Center Outsourcing

As the CEO of Philippines-call-center.com I wanted to provide our guest with a unique view of call center outsourcing. I started out in the call center industry with just 4 telemarketing agents in my Orlando real estate/mortgage office. These agents did everything from answering inbound sales calls and simple customer service issues to outbound lead generation for our real estate agents and loan officers. Due to the high cost and even higher turn over of running my own in-house telemarketing operation, it wasn’t long before I started looking at overseas options.

My first offshore call center solution was to hire a company in Bangalore, India. I had to invest considerable amounts of money trying out different call centers until I found the one that was the right fit, or in other words the lessor of the evils, because they all had drawbacks including thick accents. Finally, I was able to achieve success with a call center there and things grew fast. Due to the tremendous cost savings it wasn’t long before I had built up 50 seats of telemarketing agents there. After 9 months of successes and some failures along the way as well, I decided travel to India to help train and manage the team. Since call center operations had become the lifeline of my business I viewed no other option.
