The Lead Tree, LLC has a position open for a Director of Business Development. We are looking for a true professional with experience in executive level phone sales. Must be able to meet deadlines and sales quotas as well as work under pressure. The position entitles selling appointment setting and lead generation services to mortgage and insurance companies in America. No cold calling, instead the customers call and email you every day because they are already interested in our services!
The Salary
The base salary is a minimum 50,000php to 75,000php per month depending on your experience. That’s not all, we also offer amazing cash bonuses for exceeding your targets so you can earn up to 125,000php per month and you will receive the brand new Apple Ipad computer if you exceed your target 3 months in a row!
The Requirements
We are looking for 3 simple things… Firstly, you must have a great attitude, this means self discipline and an outgoing personality. Secondly, must have a neutral accent and finally, you must have a minimum experience of 4 years in business sales or outbound telemarketing.
