As the CEO of Philippines-call-center.com I wanted to provide our guest with a unique view of call center outsourcing.  I started out in the call center industry with just 4 telemarketing agents in my Orlando real estate/mortgage office.  These agents did everything from answering inbound sales calls and simple customer service issues to outbound lead generation for our real estate agents and loan officers.  Due to the high cost and even higher turn over of running my own in-house telemarketing operation, it wasn’t long before I started looking at overseas options.
